Participants in the workshop will have the opportunity to create an online presence, understand how to develop and sustain a community, and to apply the various new media and social networking tools available to deliver a message. These tools can increase sales and expand their business opportunities beyond conventional e-commerce. Attendees will leave the workshop with their own blog and be able to maintain their own website.
