Expand your iWeb skills with a hands-on workshop on April 10 from 11:30 am – 2 pm.  Ross Rasmussen will help you customize and add features to your basic iWeb site.  If you didnʻt come to the first workshop, you can still come IF:

• you have previous experience using iWeb
• you download and review the iWeb handout at  http://drop.io/hmaus_maclearn and
• you view the Getting Started, adding a Photo Album, movie and gallery Apple iWeb tutorials http://www.apple.com/ilife/tutorials/#iweb

You’ve seen it there on the dock, maybe even opened it up and thought “maybe later”.  Well, here’s your chance to learn how to “master” iWeb, one of the free iLife  applications on your Apple,  in a single day.  Ross Rasmussen, in his usual low-key style, will present an introduction on February 13, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at ING Direct Cafe. In this class he will guide you through the program, showing you how to choose a template, use add and format text, drop in images and movies, add links and more pages, then publish it to as your first web page. This is a follow-up to the “Here’s my URL – iWeb!” presentation.  Bring your laptop with iWeb loaded and Ross Rasmussen will help you create your own website.  Bring a few images or video clips if you like. Prerequisite:  Attendance at the morning session or previous experience using iWeb.
